At Dojah Services LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with the service you received, you may request a refund by submitting a written explanation describing the issue and why you’re not satisfied.

 

How to request a refund:

    2.    Include your name, service provided, and date of service

    3.    Provide a brief explanation of the issue

 

We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

Please note:

 

    •    Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

    •    Government filing fees, permit costs, and third-party charges (DOT, FMCSA, state DMV's) already paid on your behalf are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to outside agencies

    •    Refunds apply to our service/consulting fees only

    •    Work that has already been completed and submitted to a regulatory agency may not be eligible for a full refund
